Whoops, I’ve made a mistake. Can I cancel my order?

Look, we’ll absolutely try our best! If your order has already been shipped, then we won’t be able to cancel it. Sometimes our warehouse is super quick (shipping within an hour of being ordered) so most of the time we’ll be unable to. We're also based here in Australia, so unfortunately different time zones can mean a delay in letting your local warehouse know. But like I said, we’ll absolutely try our best. Contact us here if you’d like your order cancelled.

Is there a Sunnylife store anywhere?

We’ve got a couple of DFO’s in Australia, and we try to do one or two pop ups during summer in the Northern Hemisphere but we don’t have an actual Sunnylife store. Maybe sometime in the future though, so keep your eyes open for giant flamingos appearing out of the blue.

Great! Sunnylife is the absolute best present idea, ever! Unfortunately we don't offer a gift wrapping service or personalised gift notes. But we make sure no invoices are sent with your order.

Free shipping FAQ's:

Orders eligible for free shipping are sent with Australia Post on a standard delivery service and is only valid for addresses within Australia. Free shipping is calculated on the value of your cart, after all discounts are applied.

Only half or a part of my order has arrived. Why, Sunnylife, why?!

Australia Post sometimes splits orders into multiple deliveries. They put a little drop down box on their tracking page. Just click on it to see what's happening with the next delivery...


There's something wrong with my Sunnystuff, or I'd just like to return it. Can you help me?

Absolutely. Check out our returns policies below...


We offer 30 days from when you receive to return your sunnystuff for change of mind. Product must be unused with fully intact packaging. Once we receive your return back to our warehouse we will assess the product and then refund it.

Unfortunately we don't offer prepaid labels for returns, exchanges or change of mind. We recommend when sending your order back to us using a trackable service as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


Unfortunately we're unable to offer exchanges, however please feel free to return your product/s so we can refund them and you can repurchase what you would like on our site.


We offer a 12 month warranty on all our Sunnylife products. To obtain a replacement for a faulty product, the below will need to be provided to our customer service team for assessment through our faulty form.

  1. Proof of the product fault.
  2. Proof of purchase ie: order number, retail receipt, bank statement.

Due to unforeseen duties and charges incurred at customs we are unable to send replacement products internationally from our warehouses in Sydney, London and LA. If you are a Sunnylife online customer with a faulty product and reside internationally, we are able to offer you a full refund for your faulty product. If you have bought from one of our Sunny retailers then you will need to get in contact with them for their replacement policy.

Do you sell replacement light globes for your neons?

Not at this time. It's something we've looked at doing though so hopefully one day in the future.
